Full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD at application level and production issue handling. Experienced in taking over codebases from previous vendors.

Scoping and agreement

We start with a conversation about your situation, your initiative and your constraints. From that we define a scope, agreed KPIs and an engagement model that fits. Typically within 2 to 4 weeks.

Onboarding into the existing context

Month 1 is onboarding. We meet the team, understand the codebase, map dependencies and align with stakeholders. No disruption to ongoing work. Full delivery speed from month 2.

Structured delivery

We run a clear sprint cadence with weekly status, bi-weekly review and demo, and transparent KPI tracking. You always know where delivery stands.

Exit with handover

When the scope is delivered, we exit with a structured handover. Your team continues with a stable foundation. No lock-in.

Engagement
